MOMP is a thirty-three-week program guiding men to grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It offers weekly coaching call devotions, a workbook, and a client app to track habits, workouts, and progress. The program wraps up with a mountain retreat to test our resilience.

About the event
In 2022, God called me to begin coaching and discipling men in a new way. That calling began with confronting my own struggles across four critical areas of life: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Through that journey, God revealed a pattern that traps many men—keeping them stuck, distracted, and paralyzed from becoming the man He created them to be. But He also revealed a biblical strategy for breaking free and reclaiming leadership in every area of life.
That revelation became The Men Over Mountain Project.
Our first group launched in 2022, completing 25 weeks of coaching and preparation, culminating in a 22-mile, three-day backpacking expedition through the Blood Mountain Wilderness in Georgia.
Group 2 will complete their journey with a 26+ mile backpacking expedition from the Big South Fork Trailhead through the John Muir Trail and Grand Gap Loop, summiting at Angel Falls Overlook and finishing at Honey Creek Overlook (September 17–20, 2026).
